Mr. Tang founded CHAMP in Feb 1995, after serving as regional sales manager for Thomas & Betts. Prior to that, he held executive roles at FCI, Methode Electronics and AMP/Tyco Electronics. Mr. Tang earned bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Curtin University of Technology and a diploma in electronics engineering from the Singapore Technical Institute. He is also a graduate of Stanford-NUS executive program.

Osman sets and drives the strategic goals of the CHAMP and oversee the day-to-day management of the firm. Osman's career at CHAMP began in the Cross Product Group, where he took the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation, working closely with the company leadership and a variety of clients to drive the key transformative initiatives in the distribution function and beyond. Prior to joining CHAMP, Osman worked on Prime Brokerage desk at Morgan Stanley.

Mao-jai is a resident chief mouser in Hong Kong office, he's a Scottish Fold cat.

Joshua provides support in discrete legal issues and ensure all the company proceedings are in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. Joshua is a practicing barrister with Des Voeux Chambers specialising in commercial matters. He earned his LLB and PCLL from the The Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed his LLM from the University of Cambridge.
